Often, when you order multiple items, different distribution and shipping channels are being utilized. Sometimes, in an effort to get your in a timely manner items times will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. We try and get the product to you as soon as possible as we know you are eager to receive your items... Therefore we ship whichever item is ready. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once. We will surely get all of them to you.

Once the order has been placed, it will still have a 24-hour window to allow modifications. After that, it will have a corresponding "production time" depending on the variant or the item ordered.
After the production time, it will then be shipped. The 30-day policy will be based on the shipping date. If in case it has passed 30 days for US orders and/or 45 days for international orders and the package has not arrived yet, then replacement or refund will be offered depending on what your customers prefer. The customer can choose from a refund or replacement.
